Background
The Pennsylvania Game Commission, Southcentral Region, is seeking bids for the procurement and installation of an aluminum skirted flatbed truck bed. This initiative aims to enhance the operational capabilities of the agency's fleet by equipping a 2024 Ford F-550 crew cab with a specialized flatbed that meets specific requirements.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply and installation of a Martin Truck Bodies aluminum skirted flatbed with the following specifications:

- 1 DLR-FB-98X112-SB: 98"x112" Aluminum Skirted Flatbed
- 1 FBP-800: Aluminum Gooseneck Opening 16"x16"
- 1 DLR-HITCH-5-SO: Chassis Gooseneck Hitch Installed
- 1 WEAHT54700: BARGMAN Sealed 5th Wheel Harness - installed in gooseneck opening
- 1 DLR-FBO-04-01: 8" Removable Sides and Tailgate
- 1 DLR-FBO-04-08: Additional fee if body has tapered corners
- Work light package including 2 TL500WF LED Lights, Wide Flood (6,900 LM) installed on headboard facing back and wired to Aux switch
- 1 DLR-HITCH-3-SO: Chassis Rear Hitch installed
- 1 FBO-204-1: Installing OEM Cab & Chassis Backup Camera eye in the rear skirt of the Aluminum Body
- 1 MK-CC-200: Kit for Cab and Chassis Truck
- 1 MK-MF-DW-02: Dual Wheel Mud Flaps for flatbeds (20"X30"x1/2")
- 1 WEAHT56443: 7Rv Kit For F-250/350/450,2020
- 1 MAR-904: Ford Cab Chassis Adapter
- 1 FBO-0001-1: Installing SB or SBV Body on Truck.

Bidders must include total costs covering setup fees, delivery costs, etc.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be executed by March 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Pennsylvania Game Commission's facility located at 8627 William Penn Hwy, Huntingdon, PA 16652.
