Sole Source Notice AssetWorks Fleet Management Software

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) intends to enter into a Price Agreement with AssetWorks LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The goal of this contract is to provide professional services necessary for enhanced maintenance and support of ODOT’s on-prem Fleet Management Information System (FIMS) as well as additional AssetWorks Fleet and Fuel Software products.

Work Details
The Price Agreement will encompass professional services for the maintenance and support of the Fleet Management Information System (FIMS) and other AssetWorks software products related to fleet and fuel management.

Specific tasks may include system updates, troubleshooting, technical support, and training as required by ODOT.

Period of Performance
The Price Agreement is expected to commence in September 2024 and will have a maximum work order assignment term estimated at 10 years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in relation to ODOT's operations, which are primarily located within the state of Oregon.
