Background
CareOregon, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides integrated managed care services in Oregon, focusing on quality and equity in health care. The organization aims to contract with market research services firms to enhance its understanding of member and provider experiences, sentiments, and behaviors. This initiative aligns with CareOregon's mission to improve operational processes and service offerings through informed decision-making based on comprehensive market research.

Work Details
The selected firms will assist CareOregon in conducting various market research activities, including:

1. Providing a range of research services such as consultation, survey design, sampling, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

2. Demonstrating experience with medical and insurance terminology relevant to healthcare.

3. Producing clear reports measuring member and provider satisfaction, including compliance with Medicare reporting requirements.

4. Ensuring robust data security measures in line with CareOregon’s policies for handling Protected Health Information (PHI).

5. Conducting ongoing projects such as Member Satisfaction Surveys (quarterly telephonic surveys of 1,032 members), Provider Satisfaction Surveys (quarterly surveys of 179 providers), Medicare Member Experience Surveys (quarterly assessments of 251 members), and Access to Care Surveys (200 participants). The work may also include qualitative methodologies like focus groups and in-depth interviews.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on January 1, 2025, and will run through December 31, 2026, with options for two additional two-year renewals.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within the state of Oregon.
