RFP#202 4-76 Sunnyside Clinic Remodel Consultant Services

Background
Clackamas County, through its Board of County Commissioners, is seeking proposals for consultant services related to the remodel of the Sunnyside Clinic. The Health Centers Division provides a variety of primary care and mental health services to vulnerable populations. The goal of this contract is to enhance clinic space to improve service delivery, as the clinic has been operating since 2011 and aims to expand its capacity in response to community needs.

Work Details
The selected consultant will provide complete preliminary and final construction documents for the remodel of approximately 3,000 square feet of clinic space. This includes:
- New reception area
- New retail pharmacy
- Remodel of existing exam rooms into new office spaces.

The consultant team must include expertise in healthcare architecture, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Key tasks include project management and coordination, project programming, schematic design and design development, preparation of construction documents and bid assistance, permit coordination, and construction engagement with project closeout.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence upon execution and will continue through December 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Sunnyside Health Clinic located at 9775 SE Sunnyside Road.
