Public Notice Special Procurement CA PMM Tool Amendment 2

Background
The Department of Administration Services, State Procurement Services (DAS SPS) is requesting a special procurement on behalf of Enterprise Information Services (EIS) to amend the existing contract for Broadcom's Clarity Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.

The goal is to extend the contract term and increase the budget to continue utilizing this essential software for IT project oversight within the State of Oregon. EIS has been using the Clarity PPM tool since 2015, which is critical for managing IT investments and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Work Details
The contract amendment involves the following services:
1. Software subscription and hosting services for Broadcom’s Clarity PPM tool.
2. Design, migration, and configuration services to transition from the Classic User Experience to the Modern User Experience interface.
3. Managed support services to ensure ongoing functionality and assistance with the tool.
4. Associated training for users to effectively utilize the updated system.

The total estimated cost for these services over the amendment period is $5,969,423.

The period of performance for this contract amendment is from now until February 26, 2035.
