Owners Rep - Detroit Marinas Excavation and Resiliency Project

Background
Marion County, Oregon is seeking an Owners Representative to manage selected pre-construction activities and the construction of the Detroit Marinas Excavation and Resiliency Project. The goal of this project is to excavate sediment from below the docks of Detroit Lake Marina and Kanes Marina. The spoils will be placed at a predetermined location within the Detroit Reservoir lakebed.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for overseeing pre-construction activities and managing the construction process for the Detroit Marinas Excavation and Resiliency Project. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and facilitating communication between the County and contractors involved in the project.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue through the completion of the construction activities as specified in the project timeline.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed along the shore of Detroit Reservoir on the west side of the City of Detroit, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
There are no specific set-aside certifications required for this contract. The previous requirement for one Oregon Registered Civil Engineer to be employed by the Proposer has been removed.
