On Call Executive Coaching And Consulting Services

Background
The City of Portland, Oregon, through its Bureau of Environmental Services (BES), is seeking proposals for on-call executive coaching and consulting services focused on leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
This initiative follows a comprehensive assessment of organizational alignment aimed at enhancing the delivery of bureau and community priorities.
The goal is to engage experienced coaches to support the managerial and leadership development of mid-level and senior staff within BES.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing two main categories of services:
1) Leadership and Executive Coaching and Consulting, which includes personalized assessments and coaching engagements lasting between 3 to 12 months focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities, communication skills, innovative thinking, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, team management, stress management, and individual career growth.
2) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coaching and Consulting that encompasses individual/team assessments, DEI strengths assessment, developing DEI leadership skills, facilitating strategy sessions with managers for implementing DEI commitments, delivering workshops on cultivating workplace cultures of belonging, and developing evaluation tools to sustain culture change.
The maximum price agreement amount for each service category is set at $75,000 over a three-year period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum level of work.
Proposers must be prepared to start work under any Task Order within twenty-one (21) calendar days from execution.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed in Portland, Oregon.
