Description

The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract to replace the HVAC system and related components at The Dalles Veterans' Home. The work will be subject to state prevailing wage. Single Point of contact for this Project is Tina Reniere, email: Tina.Reniere@das.oregon.gov.
Background
The State of Oregon is seeking bids for the replacement of the HVAC system and related components at The Dalles Veterans' Home. The project is anticipated to be funded, in part, by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs through its State Home Construction Grant Program. The resulting contract will be subject to State Buy America requirements.

Work Details
The scope of the project includes the demolition and removal of existing equipment, replacement of Air Handler Unit (AHU) controls system upgrades, and replacement of boilers, tanks, pumps, etc. The work will be subject to state prevailing wage.

Period of Performance
The project start date is 1 calendar day from issuance of Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion required by April 30, 2025, and final completion by June 30, 2025.
