ODOT Detroit Maintenance New RV Pole Building

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the construction of a new RV shelter pole building at the Detroit Maintenance Station.

The project aims to enhance the facilities available for maintenance operations, aligning with ODOT's mission to provide a safe and efficient transportation system in Oregon.

Work Details
The contract includes the construction of a 20'x40' RV shelter pole building.

Additionally, it encompasses the inspection of the septic system and fresh water supply lines.

All labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of this project are included.

Period of Performance
The substantial completion date is set for June 15, 2025, with final completion expected by June 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Detroit ODOT Maintenance Station located at 600 N Santiam Hwy 20, Idanha, Oregon 97350.
