NOTICE OF SPECIAL PROCUREMENT: OregonBuys Solution & Services

Background
The State of Oregon, through the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) and State Procurement Services (SPS), is initiating Special Procurement #REQ-10700-00058252 for the OregonBuys® Solution and Services.
The mission of the DAS is to lead state agencies through collaboration in service of Oregonians. This procurement follows the approval of a previous Request for Proposal (RFP) issued in 2015 to establish a statewide price agreement for an enterprise eProcurement solution, which has since been implemented as OregonBuys®.

Work Details
The contract will involve the ongoing provision of the OregonBuys® eProcurement system and related services, which include:
- Hosting
- Operations, Maintenance, and Support
- Procurement, Contracting, and Contract Administration Enhancements
- Procurement, Contracting, and Contract Administration Software Modules
- Data Storage and Archiving
- Customer Support.
The total estimated cost for these services is $90,000,000.
