Netsmart myEvolv Consulting and Development Services

Background
Multnomah County Behavioral Health Department is seeking a Netsmart myEvolv consultant and developer to modify and optimize the Electronic Health Record (EHR). The Behavioral Health Department’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is a Netsmart Technologies product called myEvolv, which is a critical tool for the BH programs supporting the behavioral health needs of county constituents. The myEvolv Support team does not have the skill set or Netsmart security roles to modify all areas of the myEvolv system, and they are currently looking to procure the services of a myEvolv developer with the expertise to work on their long list of program optimization projects.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide time and cost estimates for each project requested by MultCo Behavioral Health, make changes to the myEvolv system that will not be reversed as a result of Netsmart system updates, provide a weekly list of hours worked each day, have 12 years of myEvolv development experience, create new lookup tables, change system forms, create new views, attend weekly meetings to discuss project status, train myEvolv Administrator to make changes to the system, and document changes made to the MultCo myEvolv system.

- Reconfiguring Intensive Care Coordination Care Plan and Needs Assessment in Evolv
- Integrating REALD and SOGI in Evolv
- Integrating Aid and Assist Docket notes into Evolv
- Improving Involuntary Commitment Program Measures and Outcomes Tracking System submission functionality in Evolv
- Maintaining Evolv Support System Call Center functionality
- Automating Involuntary Commitment Program Morning report process
- Automating catch/remove duplicate client accounts in Evolv
- Creating functionality for quick records search.
