Meadow Unit Renovation Project, Oregon State Hospital Junction City

Background
The Oregon State Hospital is seeking bids to select a qualified licensed Contractor to provide interior demolition and renovation to the first floor suite of rooms in the Meadow Unit at the Junction City campus of Oregon State Hospital. The work to be performed includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for and incidental to the completion of all construction work in connection with the Project.

Work Details
The scope of the project includes selective interior demolition, carpentry, architectural casework, thermal and moisture protection, mechanical support, fire suppression system, plumbing water distribution system, heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, communications systems, and safety and security systems.

Period of Performance
The project start date is 30 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Substantial completion is expected within 300 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Final completion is expected within 360 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed at the Meadow Unit at the Junction City campus of Oregon State Hospital.
