Ladd Canyon Salt Shed Siding Replacement

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Ladd Canyon Salt Shed Siding Replacement project. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for building improvements that include selective demolition and construction work aimed at enhancing the functionality and safety of the salt shed.

This project aligns with ODOT's mission to maintain and improve transportation infrastructure in Oregon.

Work Details
The work includes selective demolition and construction of new concrete foundations, bollards, steel framing, metal wall panels, trim, a sectional overhead door, related electrical work, reinstallation of existing components, and other work as indicated in the Contract Documents.

The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of all construction work associated with this project.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from the start date upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed until substantial completion by June 15, 2025, and final completion by June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the performance of this contract is at the ODOT Ladd Canyon Stockpile Site located at 64176 Hot Lake Lane, La Grande, OR 97850.
