ITB for HVAC Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement in Albany

Background
The State of Oregon, Employment Department (OED) is seeking bids from qualified Bidders to provide ongoing maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the HVAC and controls system at OED's Albany Field Office located at 139 4th Avenue SE, Albany, OR 97321.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems through regular maintenance and timely repairs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide preventative maintenance services that include quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections, detailed operating equipment safety checks, responding to service calls, and replacement of minor parts and components as needed.

Equipment replacement will also be provided as necessary to maintain the operations of the HVAC and Controls Systems. All services must meet the minimum requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the awarded contract shall not exceed five (5) years or as allowed by current statutory authority.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at OED's Albany Field Office located at 139 4th Avenue SE, Albany, OR 97321.
