Background
The State of Oregon, through its Employment Department (OED), is seeking bids for HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement services at the Roseburg Field Office.

Work Details
The contractor will provide ongoing maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the HVAC and controls system at OED's Roseburg Field Office. Services include:
- Preventative maintenance including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections.
- Detailed operating equipment safety checks.
- Responding to service calls.
- Replacement of minor parts and components as needed.
- Replacement of HVAC equipment and controls systems as required to maintain operational efficiency.
All services must meet the minimum requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the awarded contract shall not exceed five (5) years from the effective date, with potential extensions as allowed by current statutory authority.
