ITB - District 3 Chip Seal Rock 2024

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking a qualified contractor to supply and deliver 7,500 tons of graded medium 3/8 - #4 chip seal rock. This contract aims to support ODOT's mission of maintaining and improving the state's transportation infrastructure. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering the specified materials to three designated locations within ODOT District 3.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver a total of 7,500 tons of graded medium 3/8 - #4 chip seal rock. The delivery must be completed no later than March 15, 2025. All goods must be delivered F.O.B. destination with all transportation and handling charges paid by the contractor.

The delivery locations are specified in the attached Sample Contract. The contractor must ensure that all goods meet the highest industry standards and comply with the specifications outlined in the Sample Contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract begins upon receipt of all required signatures on the agreement and ends when all obligations under the agreement are fulfilled, including the delivery of goods by March 15, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at three locations within ODOT District 3, as specified in the attached Sample Contract.
