Housing Support Services for ADVSD

Background
Multnomah County Aging, Disability and Veterans Services Division (ADVSD) is seeking contractors to provide Housing Support Services directly to clients and/or eligible Multnomah County residents. The goal of this contract is to enhance the living conditions and support for individuals in need within the community.

Work Details
Contractors are expected to deliver a range of Housing Support Services, which may include case management, mixed direct client assistance, crisis response and intervention, housing services, and residential services. Specific service areas include:
- Case Management (Commodity Code: 99070202)
- Mixed Direct Client Assistance (Commodity Code: 99060012)
- Crisis Response & Intervention (Commodity Code: 99070206)
- Housing Services (Commodity Code: 99070215)
- Residential Services (Commodity Code: 99070223)

Additionally, contractors may be required to provide cleaning and janitorial services, refuse collection & disposal, toxic & hazardous waste services, environmental services, and road cargo transport as needed.

Period of Performance
The contract will be open for proposals starting from February 28, 2025, until March 31, 2025. The specific period of performance will be determined upon contract award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Multnomah County, Oregon.
