Background
The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is seeking bids for the construction of the EWEB Roosevelt Operations Center Expansion / Bertelsen Annex - Phase 2.

The project aims to enhance the operational capabilities of EWEB by constructing a new exterior laydown yard, which will include an access road, security fencing, site preparation, grading, lighting, landscaping, and associated utility work.

Work Details
The project consists of the following key components:
1. Construction of a new exterior laydown yard with an access road.
2. Installation of security fencing around the perimeter.
3. Site preparation and grading to ensure proper drainage and usability of the area.
