ESB - ODOT East Portland MS Office Building Attic Insulation

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking a certified Emerging Small Business (ESB) contractor to install 12-inch loose fill insulation in the attic space of the ODOT East Portland Maintenance Station office building.
This project aims to enhance energy efficiency and comfort within the facility, aligning with ODOT's mission to provide safe and efficient transportation systems.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the installation of 12-inch loose fill insulation in the attic space of the ODOT East Portland MS office building.
The work includes compliance with technical specifications and plans outlined in Attachment A, Exhibits 1 and 2.
Attendance at a mandatory pre-quote conference is required.
The contractor must ensure that at least 51% of the labor is performed using their own workforce as per ESB program requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from the date of award until substantial completion by June 15, 2025, with final completion expected by June 20, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the ODOT East Portland Maintenance Station located at 5315 NE 101st Ave, Portland, OR 97220.
