Endoscopy Equipment

Background
Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) is seeking bids for Endoscopy Equipment to enhance their Surgical Technology Program Lab. The goal of this contract is to procure high-quality endoscopy equipment that meets the clinical needs of the program.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of the following Endoscopy Equipment:

1. Imaging System: HD or 4K Camera System with features such as autofocus, zoom capabilities, chip-on-tip or camera head options, a Camera Control Unit (CCU), compatibility with multiple endoscope types, digital output (HDMI, DVI, SDI), and image enhancement features (e.g., NBI, i-scan).

2. Monitor: Display size between 24"–32" with HD or 4K resolution, optional medical-grade touchscreen, and adjustable mount or articulating arm.

3. Light Source: LED or Xenon light source with a preference for LED due to longer life and cooler operation; must have adjustable intensity and automatic light calibration.

4. Insufflator: CO₂ insufflator for laparoscopic use with adjustable flow (1–40 L/min) and pressure regulation; heated tubing is optional.

5. Recording & Data Management: DVR or digital capture system with options for USB/SD card/network storage, PACS/HIS integration, and foot pedal or voice-activated capture.

6. Trolley/Cart: Must have locking caster wheels, modular design with shelves, power strip, and cable management.

7. Instrumentation: Includes 5mm 0-degree Laparoscope x4, 5mm 30-degree Laparoscope x4, 10mm 0-degree Laparoscope x4, 10mm 30-degree Laparoscope x4, Cystoscope x2, Hysteroscope x2, Arthroscope x1, Shaver Handpiece x1, and instrument-specific sterilization containers.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by April 16th, 2025.

Place of Performance
The equipment will be delivered to Mt. Hood Community College's Surgical Technology Program Lab located in Gresham, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a lump sum fee that includes delivery, warranty, and training details. Bids must be submitted in the provided spreadsheet format; failure to do so may result in rejection of the proposal.
