Combat Pistol Qualification Course CPQC

Background
The Oregon Military Department (OMD) is seeking to establish a contract for the Combat Pistol Qualification Course (CPQC) Project. This initiative aims to repair and enhance the existing ORARNG Combat Pistol Qualification Course at Rees Training Center (RTC) to improve operational readiness. The project is primarily focused on repairs under the Sustainment program and aims to extend the usable life of the facility.

Work Details
The work includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of construction work related to the CPQC project. Specific tasks include:

1. Removing the existing pneumatic target control system and replacing it with a new electrical/mechanical system.
2. Salvaging pneumatic target systems and controls as needed.
3. Modifying existing target coffins and abutments as necessary.
4. Installing new target lifters and control systems, along with any other associated work incidental to project completion.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence 15 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Substantial completion is expected within 180 calendar days, with final completion within 210 calendar days from the same notice.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Rees Training Center located at 78798 Ordinance Road, Hermiston, OR 97838.
