Background
The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Peter Skene Ogden State Scenic Viewpoint Restroom Replacement Project. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing restroom facilities at the scenic viewpoint, which serves visitors to the area.

Work Details
