Background
The Oregon Tourism Commission, doing business as Travel Oregon, is a semi-independent state agency with the mission to inspire travel that uplifts Oregon communities. The agency collaborates with stakeholders to optimize economic opportunities while respecting the ecosystems and cultures of Oregon.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified firms to provide fulfillment services that include printed travel guide fulfillment and trip planning assistance to travelers.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining and hosting software that processes requests for travel guides, ensuring a minimum uptime of 99.5% and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Specific tasks include:
- Preparing and shipping requests received via email, phone, and fax
- Performing address standardization
- Managing inventory
- Processing presort orders twice weekly
- Preparing bulk quantities of guides for industry partners
- Managing trade show materials
- Providing customer service through a toll-free line
- Producing various reports on customer requests
- Maintaining a budget tracker.

The contractor must also manage the Travel Oregon Regional Pack program, which involves agreements with regional partners and monthly invoicing.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue for approximately two years, subject to re-evaluation and potential extensions based on performance.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the contractor's facilities, with products delivered to various locations as specified by Travel Oregon.
