Union Public Schools Tennis Complex Sound System

Background
Union Public Schools is seeking quotes to upgrade or replace the existing sound system at the Union Tennis Complex. The goal of this contract is to enhance the audio capabilities of the facility, ensuring better sound quality for events held at the complex.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing equipment and supplies necessary to complete the project as outlined in the Scope of Work. This includes:

1) Total pricing for equipment and supplies;
2) Total pricing for installation and testing to ensure functionality in the intended working environment;
3) Pricing for any additional supplies required for project completion;
4) Option 1 additional location - West Tennis Courts equipment and supplies pricing;
5) Option 1 additional location - West Tennis Courts installation pricing;
6) Option 1 additional location - West Tennis Courts additional supplies pricing.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on April 21, 2025, and conclude on May 08, 2025.

Place of Performance
Union Public Schools Tennis Complex, located at 7616 S. Garnett Rd., Broken Arrow, OK 74012.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid walk-through scheduled for April 30, 2025. Non-attendance may disqualify bids. All vendors are eligible to respond to this bid.
