Temporary Clerical and Medical Staffing

Background
The University of Oklahoma, through its Board of Regents, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure temporary clerical and medical staffing services across all campuses.

The goal of this contract is to establish multiple suppliers who can provide these services on an as-needed basis, ensuring that the University can meet its staffing requirements efficiently.

Work Details
The selected staffing firms will be responsible for providing temporary clerical and medical staffing services. This includes but is not limited to: recruiting, screening, and placing qualified personnel in various roles as required by the University.

Bidders are required to detail their screening processes for temporary staff, including background checks, drug testing, and credential verification. Additionally, bidders must outline their timeline for completing these screenings and how results will be documented and provided upon request.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and continue on an as-needed basis until the University determines that the services are no longer required or until the contract is terminated according to its terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed across all campuses of The University of Oklahoma.
