Background
The State of Oklahoma, through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses from potential suppliers for a contract to provide Non-IT Consulting Services.
The goal of this solicitation is to acquire a range of consulting services that support various operational needs within the state government.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a variety of Non-IT Consulting Services, including but not limited to:
A. Project Management - Planning, organizing, and executing tasks to achieve project goals.
B. Research & Analysis - Systematic gathering and interpretation of information for decision-making.
C. Advisory Services - Developing findings and recommendations for client consideration.
D. Training & Workshops - Structured programs aimed at skill development and interactive group activities.
E. Document & Reporting - Creation of written or electronic documents that serve as official records or present information in an organized format.
F. Administrative Services - Tasks supporting day-to-day operations of an organization.
G. Professional Services - Nonphysical products or services aiding in business management or improvement.
H. Analyst Services - Gathering and interpreting complex data to improve processes.
I. Consultant Services - Providing expert advice or strategic guidance for decision-making.

Bidders may submit proposals for one or more categories, with pricing required in Exhibit 3 Pricing Template.

Period of Performance
The solicitation was issued on December 11, 2024, with bids due by January 22, 2025.
The contract's performance period will be defined upon award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of Oklahoma.
