Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Background
The Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. The goal is to enhance security by removing local administrator accounts and providing the ability for elevation of administrator functions on endpoints and servers. The University prefers to award the contract to a single supplier but reserves the right to award to multiple suppliers if deemed in its best interest.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a PAM solution that includes:

1) Removal of local administrator accounts;
2) Ability for elevation of administrator functions on endpoints and servers;
3) Implementation and support of the PAM solution.

Additional details regarding the scope of work can be found in Exhibit 1, which outlines specific requirements and expectations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until the completion of services, with an anticipated start date following the selection process, which aims for interviews/presentations during the week of April 14-18, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at The University of Oklahoma's locations as specified in the contract.
