IT Staff Augmentation Services

Background
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), through its Central Purchasing (CP) and Information Services Division (ISD), is seeking proposals from Suppliers to provide hourly temporary Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services.

This contract aims to support Oklahoma state agencies and affiliates in fulfilling their intermittent project requirements for professional IT resources, aligning with the State's long-term strategy and mission.

Work Details
Suppliers will provide hourly temporary IT staff augmentation services across sixteen categories:

1) Administrative Services
2) Project Management
3) Application Development and Support
4) Enterprise Application Development
5) Enterprise Architecture
6) Customer Service/Helpdesk
7) Data Services
8) Information Technology Security
9) Systems and Component - Administration/Design/Support
10) Training and Communications
11) Digital Design & Development
12) Computer Break/Fix Services
13) Technical Grant Proposal Services
14) Accessibility/Quality Assurance
15) Cloud Engineer
16) Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.

Each category encompasses various labor disciplines divided into three technology types: Legacy, Core, and Emerging. A Statement of Work (CP Form 50) will be created for each identified need detailing business requirements and technical specifications.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is one year from the signature date with four additional one-year renewal options.

Place of Performance
The services will be available to all Oklahoma state agencies and interlocal entities.
