Buchanan Hall Window Replacements

Background
The Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to replace the exterior windows at Buchanan Hall located on OU’s Norman Campus.
The mission of the University is to enhance the educational environment and infrastructure. This contract aims to improve the building's functionality and aesthetics through window replacement.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for replacing all exterior windows at Buchanan Hall.
This includes assessing the current condition of the windows, removing existing windows, and installing new ones that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation documents.
The University prefers to award a contract to a single supplier but reserves the right to award multiple contracts if deemed beneficial.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence after award and must be completed within a timeframe specified in the final agreement.
