Work Details
The scope of work includes:

1. Main Building B-2 (East-West/Warden's area): Inspect the fiber-tite roof for any loose seams and repair as needed; check and repair loose pipe boots and refit/caulk; check all drains for proper drainage; check all flashing and apply a sealer on the exterior brick; check masonry repointing if necessary.

2. Gym Building B-9, 10, 11: Repair all leaks throughout the building; inspect flashing and caulk all areas of possible leaks; repair and inspect all drains; repair unadhered/loose fiber-tite roofing material on the upper level of the gym.

3. Install drain inserts in areas that are leaking.

4. TCC: Inspect the TCC roof and repair all leaks; check all boots, re-caulk or replace if needed; check gutters and seal any leaks at seams.

5. TPU wall (approximately 800 square feet): Install either Fiber-tite material or EPODM to brick, reflash, and seal.

The work will be performed at Trumbull Correctional Institution, specifically in buildings B-2, B-9, B-10, B-11, and TCC.
