Roof cleaning, minor repair seal coating at DOW warehouse

Background
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, specifically the Ohio Division of Wildlife, is seeking bids for roof cleaning, minor repairs, and seal coating at their warehouse located at 1500 Dublin Rd, Columbus, Ohio 43215. The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and protection of the warehouse's standing seam metal roof in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Inspecting, cleaning, and repairing any damaged areas prior to coating.
- Properly preparing the entire roof surface by removing all loose paint, debris, and contaminants.
- Sealing all vents, seams, and other potential leakage points to ensure a watertight application.
- Applying Sherwin-Williams DTM coating to the full roof area of approximately 20,500 sq. ft., covering the warehouse building and all attached structures.

The contractor is also responsible for cleanup after completing the work.

Period of Performance
The work must be completed by June 30, 2025.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must schedule a site visit by appointment only from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 3 pm. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding drug-free workplace policies. Additionally, contractors must provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the contract terms.
