RFP # 2024-06-26 Worker's Compensation Program Third Party Administrator -- FRANKLIN COUNTY

Background
The Franklin County Board of Commissioners, representing the Franklin County Human Resources Department, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a Third Party Administrator for their Worker’s Compensation Program. This initiative aims to enhance the management and processing of worker's compensation claims within the county.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for administering the Worker’s Compensation Program. This includes managing claims, providing support to injured employees, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and facilitating communication between all parties involved in the claims process.

Specific tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Claim intake and processing
- Medical management
- Return-to-work programs
- Reporting requirements as mandated by Ohio law.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last for a specified duration as outlined in the RFP documentation.
