The City of Columbus, Department of Development (DoD), Housing Division (the City) is seeking specialized Contractors to perform residential foundation repairs and water-proofing. Scope of work shall include but not limited to stabilization of foundation walls, interior perimeter drain tile, sump pumps, basins, and underground drain lines. All of the City's Home Repair programs will be under a Task Order Contract. The Contractor will perform structural and/or foundation repairs on residential properties within the city limits of Columbus, Ohio. The City anticipates establishing contracts with multiple Contractors under this solicita-tion. Assignment of work will be done with consideration for the needs of the City and its residential property owners. The total amount of funds budgeted and available under this initiative for the 2025 year is approximately $200,000 and the contracts will be effective from the date the Purchase Order is approved by the City through December 31, 2025. Subject to mutual agreement, the period covered by the ensuing Contract, under the same terms and conditions stated therein, may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The amount to be awarded per Contract will be based on funding availability and determined by the City. Funding will be provided on a reimbursement basis after all inspections have occurred and documentation is submitted, reviewed, and approved by the City.

All work must comply with applicable codes and standards, including RCO 905.2 and manufacturer installation instructions. The Contractor shall not enter into side agreements with homeowners for additional work outside the approved scope.

Period of Performance
The contracts will be effective from the date the Purchase Order is approved by the City through December 31, 2025. There is an option for mutual agreement to extend the contract for two additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed on residential properties located within the city limits of Columbus, Ohio.
