Background
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, specifically the Division of Parks and Watercraft, is seeking to replace the existing roof of the Maintenance Shop at Findley State Park. The goal of this contract is to ensure the facility is adequately protected from weather elements through the installation of a new metal roof.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Tear off and haul away the old asphalt shingles from the Maintenance Shop.
2. Install new steel panels as the roofing material.
3. Replace soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts with new materials.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be determined upon award but is expected to commence shortly after contract execution and be completed within a specified timeframe outlined in the final agreement.

The work will be performed at Findley State Park, located in Ohio.
