PWC Blue Rock Replacement Camp Roof

Background
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is seeking to replace the roof of the Blue Rock Camp Store located at Blue Rock State Park. The project aims to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the facility, aligning with ODNR's mission to manage and conserve Ohio's natural resources for the benefit of the public.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing roofing materials and replacing them with new metal roofing. Specific tasks include:
- Removing old roofing materials down to the decking.
- Inspecting and replacing any damaged or rotten decking.
- Cleaning up and properly disposing of all materials off-site.
- Installing a minimum 15 lb felt underlayment.
- Installing 26 gauge steel corrugated metal panels as the new roofing material.
- Sealing and installing flashing, roof panels, ridge caps, eave, and rake edges.
- Ensuring that all construction materials, scraps, and debris are removed from the site after completion.
- The contractor is also responsible for demolition, hauling away debris, site clean-up, obtaining necessary permits, and supplying all required materials.

Period of Performance
The project is scheduled to start on or after December 30, 2024, with a completion date set for April 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Blue Rock State Park, located at 7924 Cutler Lake Rd, Blue Rock, OH 43702.
