DSAS 2024: Home Care Uniforms

Background
The Division of Senior and Adult Services (DSAS) is seeking a supplier for the purchase of uniforms for the Home Health Care Department for the fiscal year 2024-2025. The goal of this contract is to provide approximately 300 uniform pieces to Home Health Aides (HHA) during the agreement term, which ends on March 31, 2025. This contract will be executed as a Not-To-Exceed Purchase Order, ensuring that all pricing remains firm throughout the agreement period.

Work Details
The supplier will provide finished uniforms according to the specifications outlined in the bid. The uniforms must include:
- Navy color for tops/shirts.
- Women's underscrub colors: Shocking Pink, Wine, Red, Turquoise, Royal, Caribbean Blue, Navy, White, Pewter, Black.
- Men's underscrub t-shirt colors: Navy, White, Pewter, Black.
- Unisex Delta Snap Front Jacket in Navy, White, Pewter, Black.
- Unisex 38” Lab Coat in White.

Fabric requirements include blends such as 78% Poly/20% Rayon/2% Spandex Twill or other specified combinations. All shirts must have an embroidered inscription applied to the left breast area with costs included in the total price. The supplier is responsible for embroidering approved County wording (DSAS) and attaching the new Cuyahoga County logo on all uniform pieces.

Upon receiving orders from employees at the supplier's location and after obtaining DSAS approval, uniforms will be delivered to DSAS Home Support Unit for distribution to HHAs. The supplier must also provide a merchandise return policy and replace returned items within 7-10 working days. Two locations are required for uniform selection with full size and color availability.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until March 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
Uniforms will be delivered to the Division of Senior and Adult Services Home Support Unit in Cuyahoga County.
