SOLICITATION CONFERENCE A solicitation conference will be held on 03/26/2025 at 345 Allen Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601 to discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The conference will commence promptly at 9:00 AM EST, barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the conference. Attendance will be taken. The state will not be responsible to a supplier for their failure to obtain information discussed during the solicitation conference due to their failure to attend and/or arriving after the conference has convened. Background
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is issuing this solicitation for Timber Harvesting Services to support the management and harvesting of timber from State Forests. The goal is to ensure sustainable forestry practices while maintaining water quality and protecting public infrastructure during logging operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Timber Harvesting Services, which include but are not limited to: conducting timber sales, managing logging operations in compliance with Wet Weather Logging Guidelines, and ensuring adherence to state Best Management Practices (BMP) standards.
