Background
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking to procure a vacuum degassing oven to support its operations. The goal of this contract is to acquire a new vacuum degassing oven that meets specific technical requirements and standards as outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide one (1) new vacuum degassing oven that meets the following specifications:
- Must not exceed dimensions of 360 mm wide, 450 mm tall, and 370 mm in depth.
- Must operate on 115V, 60 Hz, and 15 Amp power supply.
- Must meet AASHTO R 28 standards.
- Must include a built-in vacuum pump that does not require an outside compressed air supply.
- Must have a pressure display that is easily visible on the outside of the machine.
- The preferred model is the Prentex Vacuum Degassing Oven (VDO 9900) or an equivalent product.
- The quote must include shipping and handling costs to deliver the oven to 1600 West Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43223.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be determined upon award but should align with the delivery timeline for the vacuum degassing oven.
