Background

This contract focuses on the replacement of the furnace at Camp James A. Work Details
The contractor is required to develop an Environmental Work Plan detailing how the work will be performed in compliance with applicable environmental requirements. Key tasks include:

1. Compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations, including proper waste management, spill prevention, and protection of natural resources.
2. Development of a comprehensive Environmental Work Plan that includes sections on emergency spill response, stormwater management, waste management, and erosion control.
3. Implementation of erosion control measures such as silt fences and proper site stabilization practices.
4. Management of hazardous materials and waste according to OHARNG guidelines, including labeling, storage, inspection, and disposal procedures.
