ODOT currently has multiple applications that provide similar services and aims to reduce its technological footprint and increase efficiency by consolidating these applications. The goal is to find a solution that can support various business functions that are currently unmet by existing applications.

- Customized Branding
- Customizable Document Templates
- Automated Workflows/Process Automation
- Business Process Automation (BPA)
- Automated Email Notifications
- Conditional Logic/Branching on forms
- Likert scales on forms
- External sharing on forms
- Batch Scanning or scan to integration
- Reporting & analytics
- SOC 1, 2, and/or 3 certification
- Compliance with NIST and ISO/IEC standards if cloud-hosted
- FEDRamp certification
- User Access Management
- Mobile Friendly design
- Forms with Pre-filled URL capabilities
- Forms allowing attachment uploads (pdf, excel, jpeg)
- Forms allowing data export to excel or PDF
- Integration with Microsoft PowerBi and Outlook
- Audit trails
- Authentication and authorization via SSO (SAML and OAuth 2.0 through ADFS or OKTA).
