The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: rehabilitate the retaining wall, stairs, and concrete barrier along Clinton Street, install traffic signals for both vehicles and bicyclists at either bridge approach, extend and replace existing sidewalks for pedestrians with ADA compliant sidewalks, curb ramps, and crosswalks, and install bicycle-friendly plates on the open grate steel bridge deck.
