Background
The Office of General Services (OGS) is issuing a contract for the provision of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and Electrical Service Infrastructure in the West Region of New York. This initiative is part of OGS's mission to enhance resiliency and sustainability within the state, aiming to support the growing demand for electric vehicle infrastructure across multiple counties.

1. Installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at designated locations.
2. Provision of necessary electrical service infrastructure to support these charging stations.

The project encompasses various counties including Allegany, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates. The estimated contract amount is $2,500,000 and requires bidders to provide bid security in the amount of $75,000.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is set for 1095 days from the date the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at EV Infrastructure Service – West Region located at 2990 Wende Road, Alden, NY.
