Background
The Office of General Services (OGS), Design & Construction Group (D&C), Division of Contract Management, on behalf of the Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation, is seeking sealed bids for Project No. 47702-C for Construction Work, Provide Abatement & Partial Demolition, East Bathhouse at Jones Beach State Park in Wantagh, Nassau County, NY. The project requires compliance with certain restrictions on communications between OGS D&C and a bidder during the procurement process as per State Finance Law §§139-j and 139-k. The project also falls under the provisions of Public Buildings Law § 8(6) and Veterans’ Services Law Article 3.

Work Details
