Currently, OMH funds a recruitment campaign and promotion of job opportunities within the State operated mental health system, OMH would like to expand marketing to include the total public mental health system including the community providers in a coordinated approach. This requires the development of web site to describe various professions in the NYS public mental health system, which includes educational pathway to certain licensed
professions, describes types of programs and settings, uses videos to share educational information about different professions to provide early candidate engagement. The goal of marketing and branding will be to improve the recruitment of applicants into the public mental health system in New York State, through this website which will link to both community providers websites and the State-operated OMH facility websites and job postings.

Background
The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to enhance its recruitment efforts for job opportunities within the public mental health system.

The initiative aims to expand marketing efforts to include community providers, thereby creating a coordinated approach to recruitment. The goal is to develop a comprehensive website that outlines various professions in the NYS public mental health system, including educational pathways, program types, and settings.

The website will utilize videos for educational engagement and link to community provider websites and OMH facility job postings.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following deliverables:
1. Conducting market research analysis and creating branded materials.
2. Designing and developing a website that includes:
- Website design and branding
- Visual mockups
- Development environment
- Responsive design and mobile compatibility
- Search engine optimization
- Social media integration
- Browser compatibility
3. Providing knowledge transfer and training related to the website.
4. Deploying and launching the website. Additionally, the contractor will maintain and support the Job Bank with ongoing operations that include:
- Monthly operating fee for 36 months
- Customer support for 36 months
- Analytics platform for 36 months
- Website testing and quality assurance for 36 months
- Post-production modifications for 36 months.

Period of Performance
The contract term is set for 3 years, with ongoing operations commencing after the go-live implementation of the website.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed across all counties in New York State.
