Scope of work is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for the installation of all HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Suppression for POBS Suite 2H & 2G Renovations.
All work on this Contract is to be completed within 120 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.

Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49.50 made payable to SUNY Upstate Medical University, is required. A pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 10:00 AM with all contractors assembled at the Main Lobby of Upstate University Hospital at Community General, 4900 Broad Road, Syracuse, New York. No individual walk?throughs will be provided.

Bids must be submitted in triplicate (3), which must have original signatures on the forms provided by the University, in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
