Work Details
The contractor will provide hotel accommodations for approximately 420 total room nights needed between May 13th, 2025 and May 28th, 2025.
The specific requirements include:
- Hotel must be within 10 miles of Republic Airport, Farmingdale, NY.
- Approximately 61 rooms are needed from May 22nd to May 26th.
- Rooms must be provided at the U.S. General Services Administration's per diem rate (refer to attachment for rates).
- High-speed internet service with access fee waived.
- Local calls fees waived.
- Air conditioning and non-smoking rooms required.
- Acceptance of VISA credit card and cash personal checks without holds on performance teams' credit cards.
- On-site dining facility and fitness center access required.
- Late check-out option available.
- Breakfast buffet for approximately 50 people on May 23rd, 24th, and 25th.
- Room confirmations due by May 3rd, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 13th, 2025 until May 28th, 2025.

Place of Performance
Hotel accommodations must be located within a radius of ten miles from Republic Airport, Farmingdale, NY.
