Improve Structural Components and Electrical Distribution, TIBS, Phase 1

Background
The State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry is issuing a contract for the project titled 'Improve Structural Components and Electrical Distribution – T.I.B.S. – Phase 1'.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the structural integrity and electrical distribution systems at the specified site, which is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and safety.

Work Details
The scope of work for Phase One includes:
1. Demolition of existing pier and cribbing.
2. Reconstruction of pier and cribbing.
3. Dredging within the boundary of the boathouse and boathouse approach area.
4. Resetting of existing jetty stones.
5. Miscellaneous exterior repairs to the boathouse.

Period of Performance
The contract work is to be completed within 240 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Clayton, NY, covering all counties in New York State.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate successful completion of three contracts similar in size, scope, and complexity within the last five years.
Bidders are required to submit a Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Utilization Plan, an Equal Employment Opportunity Statement, and evidence of a completed New York State Uniform Contracting Questionnaire (Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire) within seven days after bid opening.
