THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE AUTHORITY OR NYPA) INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR A FAT TRUCK 2.8C AS OUTLINED IN THE ARIBA EVENT AND BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE AUTHORITY'S CLARK ENERGY CENTER LOCATED IN MARCY, NY.

Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk.
