Conway - bathroom remodels

Background
The New York State Office for People With Disabilities (OPWDD) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the remodel of two bathrooms located at 65 Conway St, Depew, NY. The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities in accordance with specified architectural drawings and requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor and materials necessary for the remodel of two bathrooms. The scope of work includes:
- Disconnecting existing plumbing and electrical connections.
- Removing existing fixtures, including tubs and wall finishes.
- Installing new fixtures such as a Rane RB14 Mediterranean tub with accessories including a deck mount valve package and hand-held shower head.
- Installing moisture-resistant backer board and solid surface countertops.
- Applying epoxy flooring with integral base, specifically using DUR-A-QUARTZ flooring system.
- Ensuring all work complies with NYS Public Works standards, including payment of prevailing wages.
- Conducting quality control inspections upon completion before removing equipment and scaffolding.

All work must be performed between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and must be cleaned up at the end of each workday.

Period of Performance
The work is to be completed within 120 days from the award date of the contract.
