      • Administration Building, Maintenance & Operation Building, Swimming Pavilion, Pay Booth
      • All utilities for full operation of the above structures, including, but not limited to:
        1. Potable water system
        2. Septic system & force main
        3. Electrical
        4. Communications
        5. HVAV/Mechanical, including geothermal system
      • All FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for the above structures.
      • Swim crib, floating platform, anchoring system, and all related components for a complete operational swimming facility.
      • Vehicular and pedestrian pavement for all facilities west of the Administration building, inclusive.
    2. Milestone 2
      1. May 28, 2027 Substantial Completion for all remaining work.

Background
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is issuing a solicitation for Comprehensive Facility and Infrastructure Improvements at Sojourner Truth State Park located in Kingston, New York, Ulster County.

The project aims to enhance the park's facilities and infrastructure to better serve the public and improve operational efficiency.

Work Details
The project consists of five contracts with specific milestones:
1. Milestone 1 - Substantial Completion by April 30, 2026, includes:
- Construction of Administration Building, Maintenance & Operation Building, Swimming Pavilion, Pay Booth.
- Installation of all utilities necessary for full operation: potable water system, septic system & force main, electrical systems, communications systems, HVAC/Mechanical including geothermal systems.

Period of Performance
The contract term is set for 820 consecutive calendar days following approval by the NYS Comptroller's office.

The work will be performed at Sojourner Truth State Park located at 100 Sojourner Truth Way, Kingston, NY 12401.
